Established in 1987, Zhejiang High-Intensity Fastener Company Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of high-strength fasteners in Zhejiang Province. With a plant that covers 13,000 square meters, our company has registered capital of USD400,000, and our financial credit is graded "AAA" by official creditors annually. We employ 185 staff members, including 9 senior and middle-level technicians.

We produce all kinds of high-strength fasteners in strict accordance with both international and domestic standards, as well as other special requirements including ASME, BS, DIN and ISO standards.

Our company has advanced production equipment, including automatic temperature/time control net-girdle resistive ovens, automatic mid-frequency salt bath furnaces, computer-controlled gas-maintenance net-girdle resistive ovens, bi-pan friction pressurizers, meter lathes, grinders, thread rolling and tapping machines, punchers and sawing machines.

We also possess high-grade magnetic powder inspection machines and a complete set of chemical and metallurgical analyzing apparatuses, as well as toughness testing machines, axes of strength test equipment, and other inspection facilities. Our computer-controlled physical inspection instruments are made by Spectro and Sort CCD. With this advanced QC equipment, our company has attained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates, as well as a Manufacturer Safety Registration Certificate for the manufacture of pressurized piping apparatuses.

Our company is a member of the National Fastener Standardized Technology Committee and a member factory of the Pressure Piping Safety Technology Committee (a branch of the National Pressure Container Standardized Technology Committee). We are also part of the General Mechanical Spare Parts Industry Association, and are commissioner of the National Pipeline Accessories Standardization Technology Committee. We received independent import and export rights from the Chinese government in 2002.
